Arlyn Dale Schellberg was born on June 3, 1941 to Harry Schellberg and Minnie Ninneman Schellberg in Big Stone Township, Minnesota.  He attended country School District #20 from 1st to 8th grade.  He graduated from Bellingham High School in 1959.

Arlyn Schellberg and Gail Bahl were married at Trinity Lutheran Church in Odessa, MN on September 17, 1960.  Arlyn worked for Mnn-Dak egg company from 1962 to 1972, Mid-America Dairy from 1972-1973, Dawson Mills from 1973 to 1983 and UPS from 1984 to 2003.

Arlyn enjoyed antique cars and tractors, auctions, having coffee with family and friends, and jigsaw puzzles.  He cherished the rural lifestyle of being in the country on the farm.  Arlyn and Gail enjoyed many bus trips across the United States: Alaska, Texas, New York, and Branson, to name a few.  Arlyn was also active in St. John’s Lutheran Church in Madison.
